Weight Watchers, Indian Style

I read your request posted on Chakra and wanted to share a resource which
might be useful to measure points for Indian cuisine - and can be easily
modified by leaving out onion and garlic and substituing with hing
(asfoetida) and jeera (cumin) (both zero points). Please check:

following weight watchers. I myself have been on weight watchers for some
time and found this to be an excellent diet monitoring scheme.
