Tulasi Devi - Answer to Bhaktin Angela

I want to say to bhaktin Angela that S. Prabhupada said: don't give too much water to Tulasi, and not cut her with sissor because it's an offence. Take manjari with two fingers.
One time when many plants of Tulasi were growing too much and devotees could
not enter in the temple without touching Tulasi, Prabhupada said: Don't cut
Tulasi, it's an offence, but you can tie her.
