Please Clear Your Ad Before Submission

Chakra frequently receives ads submitted by well-meaning devotees affiliated
with ISKCON temples all over the world. In a number of cases, the authors
later write and ask us to remove these ads because temple management didn't
want them posted on the web. This can create conflict in the temple
communities, disappointment among readers who respond, and unnecessary work
for the Chakra webmaster. We know that the devotees who submit these ads are
sincere and only want to help. Unfortunately, Chakra simply doesn't have
the resources to obtain authorization for each ad prior to posting, so we
have to assume that all ads have been approved by those involved. We would
therefore like to encourage prospective submitters to please check with
their local temple management before submitting any ads on their behalf.
