Krishna.com & BhaktiLife present: Bhagavad-gita eCourse
May 2 - Sept. 4, 2011
Hare Krsna Everyone! For the fifth time Dhruva Maharaja dasa and Samapriya devi dasi will be presenting their online Bhagavad-gita eCourse, which is now held only once a year. We invite you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to study the deep truths of the Gita in the association of sincere devotees.
Many devotees both old and new find themselves living too far away from a temple for regular visits, or without association of devotees from whom to derive encouragement and enthusiasm. Some people have busy schedules or just want to include in their lives a regular program for reading and studying Srila Prabhupada’s books. The concept of Sastra eCourses was created to reach out to such sincere inquirers who want to learn the real purpose of human life. Many have joined these eCourses from India, Dubai, New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, Africa, China, Europe and other places around the world, in whom Krsna has awakened the desire to hear transcendental knowledge.
The instructors are initiated disciples of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and have engaged in devotional service for nearly 40 years. They have lived in the three major Vaisnava dhamas — Vrndavana, Mayapur and Jagannatha Puri. Amongst other services they have dedicated their lives to studying, distributing, and teaching Srila Prabhpada’s books. Dhruva Maharaja das and Samapriya dasi have learned how to apply the teachings of Srila Prabhuapda and Lord Krishna to life’s everyday events and circumstances and share these realizations in the course.
One of the beauties of our eCourses is that you can learn from your home on your own computer. For those who are able to attend, there is a live chat scheduled where a summary of each week’s chapter is reviewed. Other than this, there is no need to be at your computer at any specific time. You can set your own schedule to complete tasks of studying one chapter a week and learn directly from Srila Prabhupada’s disciples as well as other participants in the eCourse. We encourage interacting with one another through numerous Forums, nourishing bhakti through sadhusanga — association with others similarly interested to study Lord Krishna’s teachings.
