On Oct 27, a group of devotees joined together to have a Ratha Yatra Cart in
the Nevada Day Parade, in Carson City. In a crowd well of over 20,000, 200
decorated floats, marching bands, and horses lined the streets as well as
Ratnabushana's Ratha Yatra Cart from Los Angeles, CA. The Lord of the
Universe's Chariot won the first place award for the being the "Best
Religious Float". A huge plaque was given in his honor. Jagannath Swami
ki jaya!!!
